As a young girl of 5 years of age, Arlene Gonzalez, knew that she had something special in her soul, that would someday take her on a journey that would lead to an ambitious career. Arlene is a bilingual musician, and composer. Arlene, who is of Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian descent, first burst on the music scene when she moved to South Florida in March of 2009. Although she was now entrenched in her new Florida lifestyle, she never lost the spirit and fire that became a part of her while growing-up in Corona Queens, New York. Shortly after arriving in Florida, she established an amazing career including many performances and Tours. She opened her own Record Label called Platinum G Records, Inc. in May 2011 She has worked with such talents as a Grammy winning producer, Jon FX, and four-time Grammy winning engineer, Mark Lee. Coming from a musical background, her Father, Oscar Gonzalez was a legendary award winning vocalist in Trio los Nobles and Trio de Oro in Puerto Rico and New York. Arlene has a blueprint of all of his tracks which she plans to adapt into modern dance music for the Spanish language market. Arlene Gonzalez’s music first started playing with Polito Vega in Amor 93.1 FM. Her music is regularly featured on radio stations in rotation, which include, Wepa FM and 670 AM in Florida 89.3 FM, 91.9 FM and 94.5 FM 102.3FM in New York City, as well as 1640 AM in the Dominican Republic. Her music can be found on MTV.com, ITunes, Amazon, Pandora, iHeart Radio, and Shazam. Arlene 1st Salsa song, Vete, which became an overnight hit in Panama and all of South and North America with the Grammy Winning Producer Engineer of Celia Cruz song, La Negra Tiene Tumbao, Guido Diaz She recorded another hit song with Nino Segarra a master of the salsa named RETAME which is available on VEVO, ITUNES, and Spotify etc. The video was filmed in Miami. Arlene also Has performed at Westgate lounge in Nyack NY, where a lot of famous salseros have performed with the amazing Palladium Mambo ALLSTARS. She worked thru the pandemic and In 2021 she released 2 new songs, Inolvidable which is a bolero from the 60s’ and made it into a bolero salsa making it in all radio stations. The arranger for this song is Nino Segarra. The other release is, Tendran Que Respetar, composer Hector Luis Pagan, arranger Oscar Hernandez of Spanish Harlem Orchestra and the producer Carlitos Padron. This song won a huge award from Univision called Premio’s Urbanos on May 27, 2021. Not only did Arlene G record new music she started branding her name by producing a New Lipstick Line, color stay of 6 shades which contain coconut oil, argon oil and Vitamin E. She is a businesswoman and a talented singer who is releasing her new production the Legendary Icon Eddie Palmieri a 10-time Grammy winner the song is titled, “Para Que Sepan Quien Soy Yo,” Which she debuted on December 18th in The Tito Puente Amphitheater in San Juan Puerto Rico for El Maestros 85th Birthday. This is a dream come true for Arlene G, she used to listen to his productions a s a little girl. After that production she is recording an LP that will be an epic album with a legend Grammy winner. She also performed in NY in the LEHMAN PERFORMING ARTS on September 17th, 2022. Everything Arlene G puts her mind to she manifests, and she is a strong believer of positive vibes and going for her dreams.
